Under construction. No pool, no rooftop deck. Rooms extremely small. Could not even open the bathroom door because it hit the toilet. The shower leaked. Extremely disappointing.

The door lock to my room broke and the efficiency of the staff to fix it was lacking. Also, my bathroom sink wouldn?t drain quickly, and there were problems with the elevators, which took far too long for so many people

The room got hot! The A/C system is not working at all as I've asked other guests. They are charging $25 breakfast "buffet" for an otherwise free breakfast from other hotel chain offerings.

The room and bathroom very small and cramped. No fridge. No towel racks in bathroom. Not enough room to have shower door and bathroom door open at the same time. No electrical outlet near bed for convenient phone charging. Air conditioning system noisy.

Not enough elevators and it is a bit run down-could use some renovation.

There was a strong smell of marijuana that seeped into our room. The rooms are quite small. The roof top bar, which was the main attraction for us, was closed and we didn?t know until we arrived.

The location was excellent. Traveling by bus, the hotel was adjacent to the bus terminal, very convenient. Also, this location is close to the theater district and Times Square.
Negatives:
The breakfast menu is too expensive at all-you-can-eat at $25. We are seniors with small appetites. I know the rooms are usually small, but this room had a long desk which wasn't necessary and there was no room for the folding luggage rack.

The front desk area is very chaotic -- people don't form a single line, and there is no directions about where to wait. There is a staff member walking around -- but just to sell packages to guests, not provide instructions, despite seeing the chaos.

I was terribly disappointed that the roof top bad was closed on Tuesdays but i was not made aware that it was closed until i checked in im terribly frustrated that i picked and paid for a king bed room and they down graded me to 2 twins for a birthday

The hotel lobby was absolute insanity when I checked in. The entire hotel reeked of weed and there were groups of drunk people yelling at each other and there was ONE PERSON working the front desk. ONE PERSON! My room key didn't work, an elevator was brok
