The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom too. The location is very good - very central and one can walk everywhere but doesn't have to swim through tourists to get in. The personnel, all but one, were very kind and accommodating. The afternoon Happy Hour is really great, there is plenty of food even to directly have dinner before an evening walk, even if it is crowded!
Negatives:
There isn't enough space for breakfast, and as a whole the staff is working very hard but there just aren't enough employees to cover everything. Also, it would be great if there were more options for fruit or fresh vegetables for breakfast, and maybe cold milk for coffee.
