The room size was just right for me. Plenty of space and good facilities. The bed was comfortable and shower excellent, hot water with good pressure. Kitchenette was perfect for my needs. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Breakfast is plentiful - a good variety but a bit mass produced. Can take away a box of food to your room if you can't find a spot to sit. A small shop in the foyer is available for snacks, drinks and frozen meals. There is a pay laundry in the basement. Good value for money.
Negatives:
Breakfast room crowded and sometimes hard to find a seat. The food quality was OK but nothing special. The coffee was terrible.

The checkin was delayed until 5:15. No one had answers even though we had asked for early checkin but when we got back to get to the room they kept us waiting for 2 hours delaying all our plans for Broadway shows

Most disappointing was at Checkout time the attendend was very slow and didn’t understand my reservation .I checked out 3 days prior and actually was charging for 10 days
Also in my room the shower area as per the size of room was very tiny,my couldn’t shower properly as for me also was very difficult to apply the shower,
