M Social Hotel Times Square New York

Negatives: The lift scenario was a disaster. Especially the lift from the street to the lobby. Only 2 lifts available at the best of times which every single person staying in the hotel has to use to get in or out of the hotel. We stayed for 7 nights and for all 7 nights one lift was completely out of action leaving a total mess any time you wanted to exit or enter the hotel. Ques for the lift to enter the hotel were often out as far as the street and could have been waiting up to 5 minutes just to get to the lobby where you had to use another lift like every body else to get to your room. A total disaster and terribly run. They said they would return me $40.17 (facility fee charge) per night which amounted to $281.19 for the seven nights. Still no sign of this money over 2 months later. Apart from the location (which you can get in a lot of hotels nearby) I’d be staying well clear of this hotel.

Negatives: Elevators. We waited in a line to get into lobby or out on the street. Only have two elevators from street to lobby and one was broken.

Negatives: For smokers BAD lol no chair or places to seat in outside (streetsmoking haha). No free coffee when you are a early bird. hm like in a easy going motel/hotel. Waiting time elevators.

Negatives: Bathroom shower was not in good condition and did not go with the luxury vibe of the hotel. There was also an extra charge on my room that I didn’t make but I didnt notice until I left so I didn’t bother calling to dispute because I know how that goes. Next time I will check before I leave but was rushing to catch my Uber who was waiting.
