I will definitely stay there...
Positives:
Great area and good value for money (compared to other hotels in NYC). Nice roof top where we loved the rose happy hour to kick off the evening! Also the daily credit in the lobby is very kind :)

Cleaning of the rooms. They clean every other day and did not take away used glasses.

Didn’t like the bathroom, there wasn’t privacy and it was uncomfortable, there wasn’t enough room for luggage and the breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast

Central location, hip hotel, small but clean rooms and very welcome included goodies (drinks, city bike, about one piece of laundry per day).
Negatives:
Despite a pleasant stay, even if it was quite night-clubby and sometimes noisy the worst part came at the end. The hotel tried to double charge the safety deposit cards for destination fee, city tax and sales tax which had already been prepaid in full. I cannot believe that this was an accident. After one colleague who was double charged complained, they promised a reimbursement within 10 days, but didn't fix the error for the rest of the travel company unless they complained. This smells of fraudulent business practices.
