Great location, very comfortable bed.
Reusable water bottle is a nice touch.
Negatives:
Way too many chemicals used when cleaning the rooms, the smell was overpowering (I'm not usually sensitive to this).
Unfortunately, the bathroom upon arrival wasn't clean.
Rooms are quite small, especially for the price point. If you're planning on working from your room at all, get ready to do it from the bed or in the lobby. The outside area shown in the photos is only for two rooms, not for communal use.
Shower door didn't close properly, resulting in a bit of flooding.
Some of the power outlets and USB ports didn't work, not the biggest deal but not great.
Overall, your satisfaction will be linked to how much you paid. As this was in the middle of UNGA and the price point quite high, it wasn't really good value at all.

Small room but very well organised. We had everything we needed for a short stay in NY. Bed was really very comfortable ! Very helpful staff. Would book again.

Positives:
Beds super comfortable, good central location, nice clean bathrooms with decent shower, complimentary water and coffee/tea. We chose the hotel because it had adjoining separate rooms for us and our children which was a real bonus, we booked a fashionista connector which is two adjoining double rooms and two bathrooms - worked brilliantly for us.
