At first I was impressed. Staff was helpful upon arrival.
Negatives:
The thermostat didn't work and the staff had removed the knob to control the air. While the room was spacious the beds were uncomfortable and the overall experience for the price tag was not worth it. I was pretty disappointed in this stay. Upon checkup you were really on your own and the helpfulness of the staff (aside from the doorman, he was great) was not very helpful.

kitchenette could have been better equipped there were no paper towels / dishwashing supplies was bare bones/ toaster although it worked was one of the cheapest I have seen/ it seems staff will wash dishes but that was never brought up . this I think should be stated in their presentation the lobby floor is not level ( slants towards elevators and is black tile which makes it difficult to see this , not helpful for people with mobility issues. didnt try the breakfast but from what I could see it is not worth it at $20 per person per day $39.00 per day resort fee( listed as facilty fee is over the top as there are no resort facilities to use, however this is reduced a little by use of their (cupboard for drinks and snacks $ 10 credit per day . One day we went out and came back to a room that had not been made up (upon request) they brought us new towels. there should have been a price adjustment for this ( none offered). Normally request highest quietest room away from elevators/ ice machines, here they want to charge $$ for this. In summation nice location but be aware of above

slightly expensive for the services hotel has to offer. there was smell in the room when we first entered. this got better the next day after house cleaning.
