Perfect location to get to everything!!!
Negatives:
The first room that I was place in ended up having a water leak at the bathroom sink, which resulted in a mini flood in my room. The bathroom shower/tub was clogged so while showering water came up to my ankles. The staff handle it very well and move me to another room, and the rest of my stay was wonderful. For these prices the rooms or floors need to come with microwaves for heating leftovers. (Front desk said, "they were none throughout the entire hotel." I find that hard to believe.

I liked the location of the hotel.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the entrance. You aren’t greeted by staff, instead you walk in and boom elevators. Take the elevator to the 7th floor to find staff. Staff was not knowledgeable of local locations. Room was less than clean, the closet was not adhered to the wall and when my husband opened it up it almost tipped forward.

The facilities could you some sprucing up / attention. Lobby button not lighting up (working?) in the elevator. Multiple lights out in our room. No bedding for the sofa bed.
I had an additional charge on my credit card after checking out. I have emailed them to get an invoice, but they haven't responded (and this is not the first email which they haven't responded to).

Must request tea and coffee facilities for your room. Breakfast had limited choice, in a nearby place. Tables were close together, all seated in a line with no privacy. Staff did not want to offer decent seats and tried to sit everyone close to the door away from any view. Food was decent quality but it was uncomfortable.

The breakfast in the morning that I paid extra for when booking....was horrible. We waited at hostess stand with 4 other couples to be sat. When I finally walked inside I was told to go bavk and they would get to us. Once seated, the order was wrong and when I told them, they never fixed it nor came back to ask how I was doing.
