The rooms were uncomfortable. Looked pretty but no draw space, not enough lighting. The furniture didn’t make sense. You had to stand on the couch to get to the thermostat. No turn down service. Not a lot of conveniences.

Positives:
This is an excellent hotel in one of my favorite locations in the city, just across Union Square and in walking distance to many coffee places, restaurants, and good stores. New, quite, clean, good service.
Negatives:
Rooms may be a little dark with very little sunlight. A little too expensive when compared to other hotels on the same category.
