Fantastic city break
Positives:
The location within the Times Square area was epic, with access to the subway system nearby. The bathroom size was great, and the shower area fitted at least three people, which made for showers where I had a space to relax after walking around Manhattan and Brooklyn. The crew, especially one of the hosts at night (a red-headed lady, but I can't remember her name right now), went above and beyond to resolve my inquiries.
Negatives:
The size of my first room felt a bit small, because the floors have too many rooms. Also, my first room didn't have a great view, but it didn't detract a lot from the experience. The first room also had a shower that drained a bit slowly.

Great location with great rooftop bar with splendid views overlooking Manhatten
Negatives:
Cost was high for the level of service received. Room had awful smell and was only cleaned once in 5 nights despite requesting daily. had to go and ask at reception for room to be cleaned at point bin was overflowing. Was told to place the bin in the hallway and someone would collect it?!?! After paying nearly £1400 for 5 nights was pretty disappointing. Rooms are really small, although I understand from other traveller reviews that this is common of hotel rooms in New York.

Good location nearby Times Square. It was quite clean but room was a bit small. I can’t say that reception staff was friendly. We were charged 35usd for 1 hour early check-in even if our room was already ready. I travel a lot and it was first time for me to charge early check in for ready room. there are many alternative hotels similar value. Definitely not stay next time.
