Problems are with money,of course.Some people wrote about it,,but I thought it is changed.But did not.The staff told me,I must waiting for deposit 5 days,but I am waiting 10 and nothing.I called to hotel twice,they nothing know about it."Must wait"their answer.Why???I left the room clean,normally used,so for what I must waitinng for?????

The location of this property. It was near Penn Station and Times Square. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t spacious. The check in and check out was kind of messy. A lot of people just standing there and the room was tiny. I cannot say that the staff wasn’t helpful and they didn’t make you feel welcomed.
