Positives: The location in Harlem was great. Near the 125th Street subway station with its express trains. Good restaurants to explore (try nearby Enoteca Harlem!), and the staff was efficient and helpful. the room was comfortable (note the modern open design of the rooms) and the bathroom was sizable with a walk-in shower. The on-site fitness facility is a plus. If coffee is a must, make sure to go to I Like It Black Coffee Shop which is a few blocks away. Will definitely stay here again.

Negatives: Hot water was slow to deliver (on an upper floor). Entry was down a long flight of outdoor stairs (not at street level).

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: Smells like weed on corridors, elevators and in the lobby. Lack of restaurant. Incompetwnt reception stuff. Hotel blocks your credit card for unexplainable amounts after the final payment was settled. Loud heating system, takes agea to warm up the room.
