Positives: Nothing special, many hotels near by are much better!
Negatives: the staff were super rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. it was my first time in new york and they double charged me, they took all my money and I didn’t have enough even to buy dinner. when I first arrived, I told them that i have already paid but this guy at the reception named Mark was telling me that it was only $150 deposit sarcastically, then when got to the room I checked my bank account I found that they charged me twice. As being unprofessional, they didn’t solved the issue immediately, they didn’t even apologise, they kept being rude to me. the irony was that they even tried to triple charged me more than the amount that B.com set at the first time upon checkout! it was so unpleasant stay at all!
