The hotel was closed down 2 days prior to my arrival, the hotel did not advise me and i only found out when i arrived at 8pm. The hotel has not made any contact with me to date. I found myself with my husband and teenage daughter in a strange city with no accomodation. Appalling!!

It was dirty with stains everywhere, the shower is falling apart basically, and I couldn’t turn on the heat! They said that they were in summer mode so even though the thermostat was set at 80° it felt like if it was 68°. This made it very hard to sleep at night because it was so cold on top of the weird smells. you can also easily hear people through the vents. It was overall an unpleasant stay. Also, they wouldn’t let me check out a few days early so that I could go somewhere else.

Was double charged for second room. Shower leaked into toilet area. Original booking for one king room and one double queen room. Double queen not available at check-in. Split our 4 kids up into two separate king rooms. Was not our preference.

Great location - close to the main attractions of NY, yet calm and quiet; very friendly and helpful staff; the rooms are not big, but comfortable, nicely decorated and clean.

The light in the bathroom broke during our stay and we had to ask a few times to have it repaired. But we succeded :)
