The size of the rooms, the cleaning, the external patio, the overall structure was really good.
Negatives:
The price wasn’t exactly the same at the beginning of the booking as they charge taxes after the reservation and more daily taxes at the arrival. So from an original price that was around €1200 before I booked, I spent €1400 at the time of payment + €130 at the arrival.

Rooms were "ready" for us when we got there. The staff seemed friendly, although it was clear the hotel was struggling with their AC, from other guests comments. Location was good for us going to the Armory Art fair.
Negatives:
We had a problem with the ac in both our rooms. My mother's room seemed colder than mine when we first checked in, but started to fail in the middle of the night. She and my daughter woke up with the room at 85 degrees. My room was never really cold enough, but I dealt with it because the city was dealing with a heat wave. After first night the hotel agreed to switch us to one better room and my mother and daughter took my room. THey were never fully comfortable. The ladies at the front said they would comp me that room for that first night. I Never Got any refund.

It’s close to the place I needed to go and didn’t need a car. Parking lot is across the hotel so def was a plus.

Please upgrade the pictures can really confuse the people. The hotel needs big time upgrade looks so dusty and old however the bathroom is nice.

Great location- between the piers and Times Square. East walk to Times Square. Police station across the street. Felt very safe there - staff was very friendly and helpful. Good sized rooms and bed was comfortable

No amenities yet they still charge you an additional $25 usd per night. Rip off -
No breakfast, but had free coffee and water and a waiting area you could sit. Never found the gym. The middle of the building on the second floor had an sunken open air deck but unfortunately it was raining so we didn’t take advantage of it.
Weird art on the walls - very dark but it is a boutique style hotel.
No hair dryer at hotel.
