Hotel needs updating
Positives:
Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived our room was pretty cold because the window did not close due to the portable AC unit, so they gave us a new room right away.
Overall the hotel was alright. Location was ok, but a little far from the subway.
Negatives:
Overpriced for what it is. Also, there is an additional $25 "Experience fee" which is not mentioned on booking.com before the reservation is made. At least they mentioned it in a message right after we had booked the room.
