Loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby and able to store our suitcases before we headed to the airport.

Good location within walking distance to most attractions and in five minute reach to different subway lines and Penn station. We didn’t have problems with the safe drug use place next door, we didn’t experience that people would be standing outside or have any disturbances. Overall it’s good value for money considering prices in NYC, clean and in a good location.
Negatives:
Housekeeping was fine the first time, but from the second time on they randomly forgot refilling some of the things (like removing the soap and not leaving a new one or not refilling the tea/coffee station). We asked twice to get these things, it never got refilled. Its not a big issue when it’s about only tea or soap, but it can be an issue if they forget to arrange a bigger request, so best to be aware.
The room was a bit small, though for us it was not a problem.
