Positives:
Location is very convenient.
We got a room on a lower floor and there was some noise from a ventilation machine after1st night we had the technician come and they moved us to another room. Not only the noise was gone, but we have a great view of the Rockefeller tower. The staff on duty were very nice.
Negatives:
The hotel advertised and we booked breakfast. In reality during our 5 nights stay they always pretended there is a brocken machine they try to fix and until then they can only offer cold breakfast (even there some products were out of stock) - things you ca buy in the groceries store close by. I add a photo with the breakfast voucher- what is hot did not exist. I come to doubt the hot breakfast is ever provided. Finally, the last day and because we complained again the manager offered to reduce an amount from our invoice but ONLY because we complained and not an amount to cover breakfast for 4 people. But breakfast was one of the selection criteria and I wouldn’t have booked if I knew.

Good location and nothing else
Positives:
Excellent location, few steps away from Times Square. Very polite and helpful staff. Free luggage storage and printing facilities. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the reception desk provided us access to our room. Clean and comfortable rooms. At check-out the hotel staff arranged us a taxi.

The coffee provided in the room is not good.

Positives:
The beds were so comfy. Very close to all attractions. Walking distance to Times Square, Rockfeller Centre and Subways. The two ladies at the restaurant were kind and helpful. I forgot their names. They were the best. The hotel had laundry facilities which was very helpful.
Negatives:
Very limited space to accommodate 2 double beds. I could open only one luggage at a time due to space restrictions. I can understand the space limitations in a city like New York.

Positives:
Nice room, very clean, plenty of towels and quite. Comfortable beds and a good shower. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. The only minor complaint is that we paid extra for breakfast and the 6 days we were there they didn’t have any of the hot items available.

Have the kitchen able to prepare the hot breakfast that was on the voucher.
