Positives: The location was convenient
Negatives: There were only 2 elevators servicing 27/28 floors with the cleaning services sharing it as well so it slowed things down by alot. Half the staff were friendly and they gave us the Empire State view as requested, GM was lovely. The other half of the recep staff were unfriendly making the experience unpleasant. They do not provide umbrellas, bedroom slippers and the bed was too soft altho the pillows were good.
