Positives:
Staff v friendly, hotel is clean and bedroom cleaned daily and towels changed. Luggage stored on last day and hotel arranged our taxi. Check in was smooth. Room had everything you could need bathroom had shower gel, conditioner and shampoo.
Location is good a few minutes walk to Times Sq, near MSG my son went to a Knicks game and near highline and subways. Good places to eat nearby.
Negatives:
Reception area small, rooms are small but that is to be expected in a big city. TV kept sticking but bothered the kids more than me!

Great location. Roof top bar had lovely cocktails and great view

A very negative experience I had at the front desk. A lady working the front desk with short hair was very sharp and belittled me when I asked her to repeat directions to Macy’s . The other staff
laughed at the encounter. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
