Location looks good.
Negatives:
The room was realy dirty and old. Chairs with dust, Carpets are very dusty and smelly. Here cannot be a real Double Tree hotel chain!!!

The view from the room was beautiful. Location near subway and bus terminal was excellent.
Negatives:
The surfaces of the hotel were worn and seemed dirty. The room had broken things such as mirrow Light in the toilet was broken, sink didn't work propeply, toilet door scrabed the floor and part of the electricity outlets didn't work.
