Positives: Beds were comfy
Negatives: The breakfast choice was poor. Often the trays were empty. Quality of food poor. Attitude of breakfast room staff needs addressing. Run out of milk only soya milk available on day. Children’s yoghurts only to choose from. Fruit basket always empty. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this is the worst it has been. I asked reception staff for milk one evening for a cup of English tea and was advised there is none you have to use creamer which is not nice for tea. Previously when we have stayed there was always a thermal cooler jug with milk to help yourself from. No biscuits in room or on reception counter anymore. Certainly no niceties for the price we paid we won’t return here.

Positives: It was convenient. Staff were nice. It was clean.
Negatives: So old! Desperate need of renovation. Like everything - sinks, toilet, tub, furniture, FF&E. Water pouring out the bottom of sink faucet. Definitely not up to brand standards. No HVAC in common areas, huge industrial fans behind reception.

Positives: I was extremely dissatisfied. I will never return to this location. It was a great location being that it is only a 3 minute walk from Madison Square Garden. However... I paid for my room before arriving to NYC. I received a notification from my Bank that this transaction went thru. My money was taken out of my account by the Hampton Inn. Receipt of Payment!! I get there and my check in goes Smoothly. When I asked them about Valet before I got to NYC they said it was available at 70 dollars for 24 Hours. When I get there they say I have to put my Valet on a card. I was prepared to pay in cash. So my boyfriend gives them his card to hold 50 dollars towards Valet and I was told I could pay the difference in cash at Check Out before they bring me my car from the parking garage. So Fast Forward to the next Morning. We go downstairs for breakfast. WHICH WAS HORRIBLE!! They had waffles and cereal. They claimed not to have gotten their delivery but upon further observation of Google Reviews. THIS IS THE NORM!!! THAT WAS A LIE!!! I GO BACK TO MY COLD ROOM!!! YES MY HEAT WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY EITHER. I get in the shower and I send my boyfriend downstairs to request for our vehicle from Valet so by the time we leave it should be ready for us downstairs. ( THE Valet Ticket say Allow anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes for them to bring you your car.) Our check out was at 12 so I sent him downstairs at around 11:30.(30 minutes till check out) and He comes back telling me they are trying to say they didn't receive a payment for my room. When I know they did Annnnd I have proof...The Receipt of my money being withdrawn from my account with Huntington Bank. They had my money but insisted that they didn't even tho I showed them they took it.. They did not want to accept that they messed up.and make it right...They literally held me and my boyfriend and my vehicle hostage until I paid them again.
Negatives: I want to erase this whole experience from my Life!!!
