Positives: Breakfast was great perfect to grab something and run. Location was great close to public transport and a quiet area . Fantatsic guy on reception called Johnathan who made our journey back to the airport so much easier , he was so kind and a huge asset to your hotel as he was willing to go above and beyond . Don’t let him go .
Negatives: We were in a double with sofa bed . The sofa bed had not sheets or pillows and when I requested pillow I was told they were full and none left . I was paying for 3 beds so effectively I was given a bed with no sheets which really isn’T acceptable . Sheets and blankets were dropped up but I had to ask 3 times for pillows before I got them . Not really good enough and also the safe in our room didnT work . Ashley in reception was great very friendly .

Positives: the value was really hard to pass. the staff was also really friendly.
Negatives: The shower head creates so much pressure that it hurts the skin, the shower created so much steam that the smoke alarm went off and the staff never came up to check to see if we were fine.

Positives: Nothing. They stole my mail (luckily Amazon refunded the amount) and charged me $290, 20 days after my stay for the damage that was never reported although they released the deposit and I left the room in the previous state. This is like staying at a 1-star motel, only worse as you never know if something will be missing from your room or if they will charge you after you leave.
Negatives: Everything. The staff is rude and untrained, especially Kevin and Jonathan, who hung up on me a few times. The staff member didn't even want to identify himself. Absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional behavior. I don't know how these people are even allowed to work with people. The first day I came to have breakfast at 9, and there were no coffee, fruit, meat, or eggs. Please stay away, there are way better hotels around than this creepy place.
