The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and had many amenities. The view was pretty good. The complementary breakfast was amazing, I recommend it.

The room was a bit small but that was to be expected. The people at the front desk were a bit confused regarding our booking and almost double charged us.

It is a bit old, corners of furnitures were chipped off, carpet look old but overall it was okay. It’s not super stylish interior but worth for the location.

The location was incredible - so close to Times Square. Also, huge shout out to Alex Pena. I believe the manager who I spoke with, great customer service.

No breakfast, coffee maker on room was dirty and filled with stale water. After asking not to have room cleaned, returned from a day of activities and found the room cleaned with excessive bleach.
