Positives: It was clean.
Negatives: When I asked for clean towels and for the trash to be emptied, we were given 2 bath towels. Nothing else, and the dirty towels were not taken. And only one trash can was emptied. No bath mat when we checked in. Asked the front desk (in person) for a 3:00am wake up call on the day we checked out. No call. Luckily we set alarm on our phone as backup.

Positives: Spacious and clean rooms and hotel. Beds were pretty comfortable. Pillows were great. Nice area near subway lines. Hotel was quiet. Didn't hear neighbors and we slept well. Parked at recommended garage one block away for around $50 per day.
Negatives: Like others said, one elevator was down for our whole week stay. At some times this wasn't a huge deal, but on checkout day it took 40+minutes for an elevator to stop at our floor with enough room for even one person to get on with our heaviest luggage...the others were prepared to walk the 18 floors down but couldn't haul luggage. I'd ask for a lower floor next time as I worried what would happen if both went down since they run nonstop.
