The breakfast was so delicious. You can order from menu. Big choice. Delicious coffee, fresh fruits, omelet , eggs, soy much more. The best breakfast that we have in USA hotels

Clean, new renovated
Heating/cooling vent is too loud at night, and it’s right next to our bed. It’s impossible to fall asleep without turning off the heat. The pillows are very uncomfortable( I have never complained about hotel pillows before)

Location is great! View is great. Restaurants nearby and access to subway and ferry. Lower Manhattan tourist spots and it’s quiet at night. Comfortable bed and pillows. Reception staff nice.
Our room was extremely small. I’m an awkward corner near loud elevator. Broken shower door so water running all over bathroom floor. We just soaked up with towels. They did bring me more towels and took the soaked ones away. Also, ugly carpet stains. We must have had a bad room, seems other rooms may be better.
Chef was rude and barking at staff (which was only 2 ppl, one who had zero experience, terribly short staffed). Our order was messed up, but I didn’t want to send it back due to time and fear the chef would yell at our kind waitress. The other staff member was just trying to help, but had no idea what he was doing.
Agree with others, that deposit of $50 unnecessary. Seems hidden fees, etc. Maybe that’s this Booking site and not Hilton directly. Read fine print.
