Location is excellent. walking distance to Empire State, Macys, H&M Target and many other stores and food places. About a 20 min walk to Rockerfeller area.
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Really great aspect as I was traveling alone.
Clean room and bathroom. Room service cleaned on a daily basis.
luggage storage was safe and very convenient both before check in and after checkout.
only issue if at all was the fact the iron in the room was not working. but they were willing to get room service to replace it the next morning.
