Positives: The breakfast was very delicious and offered many items to choose from that changed daily. Looked forward to breakfast every morning! Rooms were spacious (for NYC standards) quiet and clean with very comfortable beds.

Negatives: The breakfast area could have provided more seating as it was quite crowded especially between 8 and 9AM. If you go before 8 am or after 9 am, you can find seating as people eat and leave to start their fun filled day.

Positives: The location was perfect to explore the city. We were able to walk around the majority of the city with easy access to subway, train or bus services. We could not fault the breakfast - there was so many delicious options each day. The beds were comfy and clean.

Negatives: There were no appliances in the room, specifically a hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge. There was also no ability to make complimentary drinks after the breakfast period. Hot water was offered in a communal space with no tea or coffee immediately provided.

Positives: Good location. Fresh and good breakfast but breakfast area too small and busy, not enough space to eat, you had to take it to the room if didn' t get up too early.

Negatives: Dirty corridors and a total mess in breakfast area due to lack of space. Noise on the floors due to poor soundproofing and very noisy cleanhouse ladies.
