If you want to stay somewhere very central, this place is perfect. It is within minutes of walking distance to the local MTR stations, there are restaurants right outside the hotel including Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bells, sushi, milk tea etc. Time Square is only 10-15 minutes walk and k-town is only 2 blocks away as well! Whilst the hotel seems slightly dated, the room itself was clean and was spacious enough that allowed 2 large suitcases to be fully opened. The bathroom was also very clean and equipped with a hair dryer.
Negatives:
The lifts were a bit slow and at times, you would be waiting for a few minutes for one of the lifts to reach your level. The staff and cleaners also used the same lift so the mornings can be quite busy during and after the breakfast rush.

Great location and a great price. So close to so many things and close to all the main train lines with just a couple of blocks to walk. Only a couple of blocks from a big bus stop (empire state building) and plenty of food and convenience stores surrounding it. Breakfast included was a nice feature.
Negatives:
It's New York - the rooms are very small. We stayed for almost two weeks and this really didn't provide the comfort we would have liked - but couldn't really have expected more given how much less this cost than most locations. Breakfast, while great that it was included, could be a very stressful experience. Not well set out and a lot of people without any specific flow set out. Lifts were slow and seemed to constantly have one lift out of service/under housekeeping control during the busiest parts of the evening.

Was good location for the likes of Times Square and Broadway, along with shopping on 5th Avenue. The most important thing about the property is a friendly and helpful staff made us feel really welcome.
