Positives:
The location was fantastic. Being in the heart of Manhattan allowed us to easily walk and discover all the major attractions in NYC. As for the pricing, compared to other options in the area, we believe we got very good value for money. We arrived early, so the reception team was kind and helped keep our bags safe until we could check in, free of charge. We also had a late flight, so we left our luggage with them after checkout. There was a $50 deposit at check-in, which didn't take long to get back after our departure. The room was great, just spacious enough, with a powerful shower and great toiletries (all Dove products, which both my wife and I prefer). The bed was large and comfy, thus helping us fully recharge for the following day. We also had a huge flat screen TV with countless channels, which allowed us to relax a bit before going to sleep. The cleaning ladies took very well care of our room. We had new towels and bed sheets every day. The hotel has a club at the ground floor. We didn't use it, but people seemed to have fun.
Negatives:
The thermostat didn't work, but we did have an AC to warm up the room (it was late December). When active, the AC was very loud, which in the first night disrupted our sleep. We eventually got used to it. There's not much space for clothes. The wardrobe only had hangers, without any usable shelves. We managed to make the best of it and the available hangers. We also didn't quite have a space to store our luggage, which had to stay on the floor. There are only 2 elevators, which can get difficult to hop onto around the checkout times. These were all just minor inconveniences and in no way deal breakers. If we ever visit NYC again, we're likely going to choose the same hotel.

Parking was one price when we dropped the car off and when we went to pick it up it was much higher because we were not told to get the hotel to stamp the ticket.. frustrated!!!

Positives:
We had a room with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building! It was clean and comfortable but a little in the small side. One woman was looking for a safe to keep valuables but there wasnt one, but it worked out.
Negatives:
Room was a bit on the small side for the furniture that was in it.

We enjoyed the clean room with two cozy queen beds and amazing view of the Empire State Building!
Positives:
Great location in Chelsea with subway stations just 2 and 3 blocks away for easy access Uptown and Downtown. Convenient for Penn Station. Comfortable room and fabulous bed! View of Empire State Building. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Also very good price! Will definitely be back.
Negatives:
Nothing - all good.

Great location, price, room and staff.
Positives:
I really enjoyed my stay. convenient location, friendly staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed. I did not have breakfast, so cannot speak on that, but everything else was great. They even brought a refrigerator to my room because I needed to store my meal prep.
Negatives:
There wasn't much that I disliked. The only thing I can really think of is that the room was a bit small, especially the bathroom. I understand that it is in Midtown Manhattan, but the Holiday Inn I stayed at in Brooklyn was a lot more spacious.
