Location wasn’t terrible, approx 15 min walk from times sq.
Negatives:
Hotel wasn’t like pictures, pretty run down. No A/C working in our room. Shower was cold at certain times during the day. Very little bathroom counter space. Bed pillows were the size of small throw pillows. Room received very little day light due to positioning. Shower was filthy, covered in the previous guests hair.

Just about everything. Broken toilet, refrigerator that didn't work, squeaky uncomfortable bed that would not stay level. Thermostat not turned on. Free breakfast was a joke. No vending machines. One ice machine for the entire hotel.

The lobby was cute. Got an early check in upon arrival.

Well….The Family suite had no heat! Maintenance checked it out and on the 3rd night of my stay I was told something was wrong with the upper floor heating system. The toilet handle stopped flushing. Maintenance came and fixed it. I was expecting the mini bar as the pictures on the website presented. Was told no hotels have them due to Covid. Bed was okay. pull out bed , no comfort!
The restaurant was closed for reservations, so we could not order room service. This was my family CHRISTMAS vacation we made the best of it.
