Positives:
Room was bigger than expected for a Manhattan boutique hotel. I was really po'd about the $30 charge but the breakfast each morning was more convenient than I thought it would be. Yes, coffee, etc. is on every corner but you have to walk and eat.
Negatives:
2 out of 3 staff who knocked on my door tried to walk right in before getting a response. Fortunately, I had lock on. Also, in room safe didn't work and battery door on tv remote kept falling off.
