The staff at my arrival was fantastic, they reach all my requests concerning the room.

I used to come really often at the Rivington before the pandemic. And now it's like an hotel with no soul. Very sad and disappointing.
Detail but not a little one a used condom find close to my bed at my arrival ...
No help to put my bags in the car when I left...
1.750 dollars for 3 nights ... I don't think that I will come back.

Well to start I paid for a certain room an I didn’t get it . I got moved to three different rooms, first room had me looking at rusty buildings when I paid for high floor city views, second room was super cold no heat at all took 30 minutes to get a different room , third room was so so so small, I feel if they were doing construction of the property they should have that stated somewhere on there website. Would I go back ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

Positives:
I loved the view and the hospitality. Everyone was respectful and professional. There were unforseen issues and I was refunded. I can respect that, very accommodating. I do recommend staying here just call for status first.
Negatives:
The hotel was under construction. There were issues with my heat and they had to move me to another room. Then the water went out due to issues from a property next to it. Other than that I had a wonderful time

1) There is no hot/warm water and no way to get a shower.
2) And also the bathroom’s window is a clear window without any curtain or blind looking to next building’s window.
3) The bathroom door handle is broken so you cano not close it.
4)Toilet is not flushing
5)The phone in the room also not working, you cannot dial.
6) No safe in the room
7) The mini fridge in the room is not working.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, cleanliness, great location.

The wait time for the elevators were extremely long, the rooms did not have full length mirrors and the lighting was dim. Other than that good stay.

The photos did not match what was advertised, and although they tried to fix the fact that two rooms were dirty. One of them had toilet paper in the toilet. The hotel was extremely run down. It was under construction, and one was not advised of that. There is no room service available of any kind. The elevators were dirty and scratched up.

Positives:
The views, size of the room, shower, and large soaking tub in the room were all amazing. Easy online pre-checkin procedure made arrival quick and easy. Location is awesome for bars and restaurants in LES.

Have stayed here numerous times but the hotel is showing some wear and tear. Needs some serious updating. Elevator interior is a bit dirty and outdated. Lobby is small and cramped. Toilet paper holder hanging loosely on the wall. A few loose shower tiles. But still the corner room size and views were amazing

Great soap and shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent view. Front staff was helpful. Seki was great.

Outdated tv that was wall-mounted without swivel. No access to hdmi port. Lots of LEDs around room needed to be covered at night. Curtain did not close completely.
