Service was not up to mark. I had to phone so many times to get kettle even though I had sent an email 1 month ago.
Safe was broken, not fixed for full time we stayed.
Staff only wants tips and is very hesitating in providing services... in break fast area, staff is talking more and providing less service.
Breakfast is not great, only few things, very boring and dull every day..
Sheets were very dirty and they were not getting changed even after 3 days..

Excellent location. Right next to Grand Central Station. Terrific staff, we arrived very early and they were able to hold our bags while we went out to explore the city. Plus gave us an early check in.
