Excellent location. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Room (particularly the bathroom) was on the small side but had everything we needed. Breakfast included which was a bonus - good selection available. We didn’t eat or drink in the bar so can’t comment on that.

The room was refurbished and clean. The view from the room was beautiful.

The breakfast room was crowded, and we had to wait up to 15 minutes for a free table. Many ingredients were missing because people were starved and jumped into the pancakes or eggs.
On our arrival, our room was not available, so we were given a smaller room. They said they would deduct 20% for that night, but when I checked out and asked for the final bill, they missed the discount.

Great view. Stylish and nice interiors. Cleanness. Room was small but cozy and convenient. There’s a possibility to open the window!!

Briefly: no drinking water, noisy AC, lines to elevator, the breakfast atmosphere is stressful and not cozy.
In details. General impression - this is a nice-looking hotel, but it’s managed not in a very good way. You can be lucky there, but in our case a lot of small problems drove us mad to the end of our 3-days stay.
- There is no source of drinking water;
- The air conditioner is noisy. Sometimes you can’t understand if it works or doesn’t work (the air is not fresh and too hot).
- In theory, at lobby you can take coffee (for money) and hot water (for free), but the machine was out of order twice; both times it lasted for several hours/overnight;
- You can wait for a long time for the elevator;
- If something extraordinary happens, nobody notifies you. We faced door locks issues in all the building and hot water issues in the neighbourhood. You just come back to your room and see that you can’t open it; there’s just no hot water and it doesn’t appear in the morning. You should learn yourself what’s going on. It would be so easy just to put announcement at the entrance or in the elevators, but nobody did that.
- BREAKFAST !!! That was the most messy breakfast in my experience. The breakfast time is very short (2,5 hours for 40 floors building) and it looks like visiting metro in rush hours. Almost all breakfast area is dark and crowded. 3/4 of breakfast area doesn’t have windows. Tables are too close to each other; some of them are located exactly between lines of people waiting for the elevator. When you go to buffet or bring your cup and plate to the table, each time you should squeeze between those lines waiting for elevator. Buffet always runs out of something: napkins, forks, cream cheese, coffee, juice. Tables are not clean on time. Clean dishes and utensils are often wet. Once I checked 5 (five!) clean glasses and each of them had water stains!
