The location was awesome as we were sightseeing in Chelsea. We were also given a room that had an AMAZING view of the Empire State Building which was lit up all night. A fun unexpected perk for sure.

My room had an amazing view, bed was comfortable, bathroom well equipped with several towels and generally speaking I’ll come back to the Hyatt Chelsea!!
Negatives:
Maybe the elevators being a bit slow during peak times but personally during my stay I only had to use stairs once. Otherwise i managed to use it every time with no time wasted!
