Positives:
Really enjoyed our view from our room & the staff that helped us during our stay . Everyone was really nice and helpful , location was in a good area , making it easy for us to get around .
Negatives:
We dreaded using the elevator , it is like playing roulette . Long wait times & if it’s busy , you’ll have to pass up one or two elevators because they are just too full . We were hoping the breakfast would be somewhat decent , but we were disappointed in the quality & choices.

Beautiful view & would stay...
Positives:
The location was great. The people at the counter were friendly and competent. The breakfast is very crowded, but okay.
Negatives:
The hotel has over 40 (small) floors, and far too few elevators. We were on the 22nd floor, and going down we always walked, because it was so much faster than taking the elevator. Going up, we just had to wait. We tried to go up and down as little as possible.

The staff was very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage within a secured room before check-in and after check-out.
Negatives:
One tedious point was the lifts, we were waiting for a full 10 minutes to get a lift to our 23rd floor at some point.
