Pros: Excellent and centric location, modern hotel with restaurants and bar, good breakfast, housekeeping was friendly and very diligent, front desk staff was very attentive, was able to check in early into the room, bath products were great and towels dried well, bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Negatives:
Cons: Hotel rooms in NYC could always be more spacious.

Rooms were very clean and great view! Very comfortable. staff were brilliant and free drinks on arrival were such a nice touch!
Negatives:
When we left our bags for an hour before checkout I found the Porter was quite rude because we didn’t tip.
