Positives:
The hotel is well located and you can reach by foot the most important objectives in the city. The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful and the free cookies from the reception were delicious. The breakfast was ok, limited, the same each morning, and the room were it was served was limited to 15-16 people, so we had to be there early in the morning to avoid waiting. The Wi-fi was very good.
Negatives:
The room was small, but this seems to be a general aspect for New York hotels. The price was huge, but in line with other hotels in the area. Overall, if you do not have too many options, and you want something decent, this hotel is ok.

Positives:
The hotel is well located close to Time Square but in a quieter side street, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are cleaned daily . Genuinely good broadband with speed that delivers VC calls and streams Netflix flawlessly
Negatives:
The room was small but a similar size is typical for other nearby hotels. What let it down were lack of storage space and the mattress sliding off the bed if you tried to sit up. The breakfast was very limited so after the first day we brought breakfast from Cafe Aroma on the corner of the street

Good value particularly for short...
Positives:
This location was great. Close to Times Square and was easy to catch a cab when needed. Breakfast was great and everyone we encountered at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. If I were ever to come to NYC again, I would definitely keep this property in mind.
Negatives:
This was beyond anything the property could do, but the pot spell was worse in this block. But I would never use this as a reason to not stay there again.
