Positives:
The relaxation spaces the hotel offered were well thought out. The happy hour at the Cathedral was great. The room was comfortable and when there was a problem with the window blind it was immediately solved.
Negatives:
The noise of the street (people screaming and laughing, cars claxoning) specifically on Friday night. Wednesday and Thursday were OK. Elevators somewhat slow and overcrowdy.

There was a coffee bar, not a breakfast, would have liked some more food options for the kids.
Negatives:
We couldn't access any of the spaces they advertised online, the rooftop area is a public bar next door, not part of hotel, and only accessible for adults at night, the beautiful dining area they showed on the website was a public restaurant you could access in the evening, but you couldn't go in there unless having dinner. Walls in our room were paper thin, neighbors rowdy, had to call office, and then ask for help at desk again at 2 in morning to ask for quiet, not a family friendly hotel, kids up all night, everyone in tears by morning, really stressful experience, the bunks are really for kids, it was hard to get in and out of top bunk if you've ever had back issues.
