Location for our specific need was good but otherwise would not choose it. Staff receptive to deal with noise issue. Staff generally pleasant. Expensive for what it was.
Negatives:
Loud and bass-heavy noise/vibrations from basement night club on first night until 4am - I had called the hotel to ask front desk about quiet rooms and we had asked for high floor and were moved 2 levels up for second night. But first night triggered migraine for wife so I view this hotel to be a public health hazard! The in-room facilities were a total joke - no where to put clothes or belongings. Hangers in room - no wardrobe. Hotel lobby and bar overwhelmed with people on first night. Basically I hated this hotel and will not stay there again. I urge all who need a quiet space to avoid it.

The location in the Lower East Side was fantastic. Loads of shopping, restaurants & bars close by & various subways on each corner.
Negatives:
The way the shower & toilet are cubicles in the room was an interesting way to save on building costs but is a bit impersonal.

Breakfast was decent. Prepackaged but they also offer a credit with prepaid rooms which mean a bit nicer food. Overall the hotel was well-kept and clean. Coffee and drinks were fairly priced for the area.
Negatives:
There are naked women on the hallway walls, there are scantily clad women on the furniture. There is abstract art which appears to be of indecent subject matter. There is strange art on the door key cards. There are no alternatives. This entire hotel is basically unacceptable for Christians, families, and most business travel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Security of the elevator was great.
Negatives:
For the amount I paid for the room I expected better amenities. There was no body lotion, combo shampoo, soap. No tea or coffee in the room. Also no one came into to clean the room, for the three days I was there. I didn’t have a do not disturb on my room. I was on the second floor, and the bar/club was loud until 4AM.
