Good location and good value once I figured out how to do everything (I am not very high tech).
Negatives:
No chair so nowhere to sit except the bed and the toilet. However a folding chair was provided after I requested it
Since the entrance is not at the Seventh Avenue but around the corner my driver and I had a difficult time finding you and it was after midnight when I finally got to the room. You should advise the actual street for arrival/check in

Fantastic staff, great atmosphere, central location. Staff were very responsive to our feedback. We stayed there at the start of the trip and decided to return as we liked it so much.
Negatives:
The double rooms are very small - the queen upgrade on our return was much better. The breakfast allowance does not allow for sufficient purchasing power for two people. New York in general is just expensive, especially for Australians.

Negatives:
The bedrooms are tiny. I booked two rooms. One was like a broom cupboard. The standard bed reached from one side of the room to the other. No wardrobes or storage just pegs along one wall. No table or chair and not enough space to spread two suitcases on the floor. The second room was slightly larger. After I complained we were moved to slightly larger rooms after two nights. Each room $300 per night!!

Property was perfectly located in the middle of everything. Checkin was quick and they offer early checkin which was amazing. Room was cute and clean. The cafe in the hotel was my favorite part. Overall 10/10, I’d definitely recommend anyone visiting the Times Square area to stay here.
