I reserved two double beds rooms and all 4 beds had so scratches all over the bed board. Both bathrooms SMELLED and one of the toilets water was running nonstop. I also found a donut box (with donuts) in a cabinet with no fridge. No QC at this hotel.

modern, clean, comfortable, great location. Enjoyed the meeting facilities, dinning and work out room. Staff was nice. Absolutely loved that for your daily resort fee, which all hotels have now, you actually got something you could use (dinning credit)

The lobby and food choices and bar are the highlight of this hotel.

There was no refrigerator and I had to request one with an up charge. I paid over $---for one night and at a hotel such as this you would not expect to pay for a mini fridge.

It took 1.5 hours to check in. The employees checking in guests worked very slowly and appeared to not care.

The location is unbeatable, steps from Carnegie Hall, theater, shopping, and close to Lincoln Center and Central Park. The rooms are nice, clean, easily reached.
Negatives:
The rooms do not have coffee/tea facilities. However, room service is very quick, reasonably priced, and their coffee is outstanding.
