Had a blast great hotel...
Positives:
Stylish room perfect for one single. Attentive staff. I was there to work and I like the area but it is not to everyone's taste. ( most New Yorkers roll their eyes if you mention the Port Authority which is on the adjoining block )

Have not received a bill 4 days after checking out. After checking with my credit card company the correct amount seems to have been charged.

Stayed with my 21 year old daughter to attend a concert. We stayed in a bunk bed room. Very clean. Small but manageable. Shower nice but door to bathroom should be able to shut. Felt very safe there and walked to many attractions. Would stay again!

Rooms are extremely small, no closet, no space for luggage. The bathroom was not very clean. Way overpriced, average of 500$ a night for such tiny rooms is absurd.

The location is easy walking distance to time square and other must sees. The hotel bathroom shower had mold the water sprayed all over floor and no towel service each day.
