Only thing I didn't like was a broken chair in the room that we didn't bother to report because we didn't use it. But I am sure they would have replaced if we had said something.

The hotel was beautiful, had a great promenade, and felt safe.
Negatives:
I was not informed that I needed to scan my room key on the elevator for it to take me up to my floor, so I spent 25 minutes going up and down and could not figure out why it wouldn't take me to my floor until some kind strangers helped me out. My kids and I were tired from flights and getting around New York so it would have been nice if someone mentioned this upon arrival.

Overall i enjoyed my stay...
Positives:
Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern and freshly designed. Mattresses were comfy. Room climate was easy to adjust preferred temperature. Bathroom was great.

More storage in room would have been nice. Pillows were not great. Would have preferred one soft and one firm. Great value for the cost and location.

Breakfast is expensive but not worth the price
Big room but not smart in design for use. No wardrobe to hang clothes and dresses. Such a spacious toilet but no place to put my skin care and make up!
And the walls between the rooms are so thin that hears a lot if you neighbors are noisy.
