The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Subway only a few steps away. WTC, Wall Street, Battery Park and Brooklyn Bridge within walking distance. Breakfasts sufficient, good coffee included.

I had multiple issues that were in disrepair. thermostat didn’t work and was replaced, hand towel rack was coming loose from the wall, curtains hard to open and were coming loose from rod as a result, the bathroom door handle was raw wood and appeared to be damaged.

Location was phenomenal for visiting the trade center memorial and tons of other stuff to do.
Negatives:
Literally the only thing I was disappointed in was the parking situation. I was told it was 50$ a day to park and ended up being 75$ a day. Parking should be included in my opinion.

From the moment we entered and met Jane at the front desk out experience was fabulous. The room was perfect. When we needed extra towels, they were delivered promptly. Breakfast was delicious!! Everyone at the hotel were friendly.
