my room was behind the lift on 34th floor and it was super loud, like airplane landing next to my head every 2 min, but Polish lady at the reception (Wioleta) was extremely nice and helpful and gave us amazing room with even more amazing views

Location was amazing! Great little kitchenette. Upper floors worth it with spectacular views of the skyline. The staff was attentive and kind. Beautiful upgrades to kitchenette and bathroom.
Negatives:
The design of the shower door causes a lot of water to puddle on the floor. I imagine this will eventually cause damage to the subfloor.
WARNING: if you take your keycard out of the holder on the wall that causes your electricity to work, the refrigerator turns off! Clearly a wiring error. We had to leave a note for housekeeping so they didnt remove the one we kept in the room to keep our food fresh.
