After booking the Residence Inn Marriott and receiving confirmation e mails from both booking .com and residence inn confirming our booking and personally ringing the hotel prior to arrival to check everything was ok to find on arrival after an 18 hour flight that in fact we didnt have the room we booked and were moved to a different hotel which was very disappointing.
