Negatives:
A hotel staff told us that we could have breakfast at Starbucks and the fee has been paid. I asked how can I get the meal and they said we need to just sign at Starbucks. We were still not sure but the staff finished our conversations so we went to Starbucks. However, it didn’t work and we couldn’t get food. A Starbucks clerk kindly listened to our explanations and read the instructions the hotel gave me. And he said that we should be provided something like gift cards from the hotel. After that, I immediately tried to contact the hotel via booking.com and they said please kindly contact them and phone number of the hotel 2 days later.
And there are additional charges. I don’t know why it costed but I’m sure there was no explanation for that both at the counter and through texts.
We felt so uncomfortable with this experience and it made our travel less enjoyable.
