We got a room with wetness in the ceiling at the shower, we went to the reception and they moved us to another room. We were 3 in the room and every day after room cleaning they puts only 2 towels, so it was annoying to find out right before the shower and to wait for a towel to be brought, its happened every day. The cleaning lady left our pajamas on the floor after making the bed.

The room smelled musty, the sofa and chair were stained, there was masking tap on the windows, worst of all the bottom valence sheet on the bed was really really dirty and stained, the carpet was so dirty we wouldn’t walk bare foot on it.

Perfect location for visiting midtown NYC — the Museum of Modern Art, Rockefeller Center, and beyond. Parking was easy on the weekend. It is as clean and the staff was helpful.
Negatives:
They took a $100 security deposit upon check in that we did not expect—it was not published on the booking.com web site. The money was released two days after we checked out, but was not a welcome surprise.

The shower .

Well!??……..the carpet was filthy…dusty …appearance of it showed no indications of being shampooed at any time…..no refrigerator…no dust bin in the room except for very small one in the bathroom….some sort of stains all over the area around the head…the toilet handle was not working properly, needed to be pulled several times….it was faulty. In the description of the deluxe room , at the time of the booking…the description stated 323 sq ft , also a sofa…there was no sofa ..I was promised a rollaway never got that….then promised a cot…never got that….very depressing room …oh I forgot to mention the desk clerk , upon checking in advised the room was not 323 sq ft as stated when ot was booked but 150sq ft…..Please change the carpet..there were issues with the toilet and nothing was disinfected …no plastic protectant on the wet soggy carpet..it was left in the manner of uncleanliness. For the price charged….the room should at least be clean…..the carpet should be presentable and not worn out to the point that screams “disgusting”…also the chair upholstery….really disgusting.
